Who may attend Synod 2026?
Accredited delegates and invited observers register through this platform. Volunteers apply on the registration page under the Volunteer path. Booth holders contact the Conference Director.
How do I receive my Synod Pass?
After approval and payment confirmation, your digital Synod Pass with QR identity appears in the Delegate Portal.
Is accommodation included?
Campus accommodation is allocated based on registration category and availability. Bed locators are provided in the portal.
Will meals be served on site?
Yes. Dining sessions are scheduled and validated with your QR identity at meal stations.
How do I find my seat in the auditorium?
Your seat assignment is shown on your Synod Pass, with an interactive locator in the Delegate Portal.
Who do I contact for medical or safety support?
Medical & Safety desks operate throughout Synod at Swarna Bharathi Indoor Stadium. Emergency contacts will be published closer to the event.
